My dream Monday routine starts at 5am

If I could design my life exactly how I wanted it, Monday wouldn’t be a slow ease-in. It’d be the power start.
Up at 5AM. Coffee in hand. Head down. Crank it out.
Not because I’m trying to be part of some “rise and grind” cult—but because I like the idea of earning my freedom early in the week. Monday is the workhorse. The deep-focus day. The “get after it” sprint so that the rest of the week can feel like mine.
Tuesday? Still productive, but less frantic.
Wednesday? Creative and flexible.
Thursday? Half-day.
Friday? Half-day.
Weekend? Optional work, mostly play.
This isn’t about escaping work altogether—it’s about creating a rhythm that doesn’t leave me wrecked by Friday and bitter about Monday.
I want Mondays to be a choice. Not a punishment. Not a restart of dread, but the start of momentum.
And if I can keep designing my life and business in this direction—this rhythm—I think I’ll finally stop fantasizing about freedom and actually start living it.
